About the Health Communication Partnership (HCP)
The Health Communication Partnership (HCP) is a program designed to improve health through strategic communication.
HCP is based at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health / Center for Communication Programs (CCP) and is comprised of CCP in partnership with the Academy for Educational Development, Save the Children, the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, and Tulane University's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
HCP, which was established in July of 2002, is linked to Population Communication Services, which ended on March 31, 2003. HCP is funded under a Leader with Associate Award from the United States Agency for International Development.

Directions to HCP
From the North: New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware
Take I-95 South to Baltimore; go through the right-hand tube of the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Once through the tunnel, take the first exit, marked Key Highway. Turn right onto Key Highway. You will pass the Baltimore Museum of Industry on your right, and should shortly be able to see the Inner Harbor. As you come to the Maryland Science Center, you will be at the corner of Key Highway and Light Street. Turn right onto Light Street. You will pass Harborplace on your right. Follow Light Street as it curves to the right, staying in the right-hand lane. Turn right onto Pratt Street and stay in the left hand lanes. Once you pass the Power Plant (tall brick building housing the ESPN Zone, Barnes & Noble and the Hard Rock Cafe, your next left is Market Place. The Candler Building is 111 Market Place. Park there at the meters, or continue on Market Place, crossing Lombard Street, to park at the Harbor Park Garage.
From Washington, D.C. and points south
Take I-95 North to Baltimore. Get off of I-95 at I-395N heading downtown. Take the left fork and stay in the right lane, turn right onto Conway Street. Get into the center lane. At the end of Conway Street you take a left onto Light Street. You will pass Harborplace on your right. Follow Light Street as it curves to the right, staying in the right-hand lane. Turn right onto Pratt Street and stay in the left hand lanes.
